use that with the routing number and it will confirm instantly and not switch to the 2-3 day shit.

Well, I have tried this, I followed every step and everything worked, but at the end when I need to Confirm my bank account at PayPal. PayPal has turned off Instantly confirm so I need to wait 2-3 days or it won’t work, I don’t understand it, my engrish fails, lol. If someone knows, answer, pls!
